Remedial Massage - A remedial massage will work on specific and associated sites of muscle tension to return the body to a state of physical balance. A Remedial massage consultation will help treat the causes of the problem area, not just the symptoms.
Deep Tissue Massage - Deep Tissue Massage, as its name says, focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It is designed to reach the deep sections of thick muscles, specifically the individual muscle fibres. Great for preventing and treating sporting injuries and chronic pain.
Reflexology - Acupressure of the feet. The effects of Reflexology range from relaxation and stress reduction, through improved circulation and nerve supply, to the treating of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances.
Pregnancy Massage - Pregnancy massage helps to alleviate the symtoms of of tired muscles, morning sickness, restless legs, swollen ankles. You deserve to be treated well during pregnancy!
