What is Corporate Seated Massage?

Corporate massage is designed specifically to reduce stress in the workplace. The revitalising 15 minute massage session is provided with the client fully clothed and seated, using no oils or creams. The practitioner eases tension and increases circulation to head and key muscle groups of the neck, shoulders and back, arms and hands using a combination of massage, stretching and acupressure points; the result is immediate with the client feeling relaxed and calm, yet energised and alert. It is preventative medicine, which can head off musculo-skeletal problems, reduce accumulated physical and mental tension, improve circulation and increase energy and mental clarity.
